It is very hard to make everyone happy all the time. But we do our best to give every customer a quality job and excellant service. We have done jobs that were outstanding and the customers didn't like it! That's Art and how its interputed. I have found that it comes down to communication and making sure our customers know what to expect and what not to expect.

The type of anodizing that we do to markers is not the norm by any means. There are many factors the determine the final look of a marker. We are also working with different aluminum alloys on one marker, they ano differently and the color differently so perfection is very hard to achieve.

We have been doing this for many years and have worked closely with Bob Long, Smart Parts, Angel, & Dye. We have done many new markers for Angel, & thousands for Smart Parts. Through experience and from repairing all the brands of makers for years we know what needs protecting and what doesn't.
